Terms and Conditions
Copyright and permitted use
This website gathers together images, video and copy of significant historical and educational importance from a variety of sources. While we always aim to gain explicit approval from relevant parties before including third-party content on this site, in some cases this is not easily achievable and may result in erroneous attributions. If you feel we have improperly used or attributed content that belongs to you, please contact us and we will immediately seek to resolve the issue.
The Kenley Revival Project has made reasonable efforts to identify any content in which a third party owns copyright, and to secure permission for its use only by the Kenley Revival project. Therefore, it is your responsibility to secure any permission or consent required for your own use of such Third Party content.
We try our best to have useful information on our sites, but we cannot promise that everything is accurate or appropriate for your situation.

Subject to what is said below, material from the website may be downloaded, viewed, printed, copied on the hard disk of your computer (but not photocopied) to make an application for a grant or otherwise for your own personal or internal purposes in good faith. Save as expressly permitted by law, any other use requires our prior written agreement.

- Personal use of content for non-commercial research and private study.
- Educational use of content for the purpose of teaching and instruction or by a student in course related work within an educational establishment.

You agree not to create a database (electronic or otherwise) that includes material downloaded or otherwise obtained from our website, or to transmit or re-circulate any material obtained from our website to any third party.

By submitting any material to us, you acknowledge that we may copy, modify, distribute or create a derivative work from the Material in any manner that we shall determine. You also waive any moral rights in the Material for the purposes of its publication on the Site. You will indemnify us if any third party takes action against us in relation to the Material.

We do not assume any liability, or responsibility, for any content uploaded or otherwise transmitted by you or any third party to the Site. So far as permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, conditions and other terms of any kind, whether express or implied, whether in contract, tort (including liability for negligence) or otherwise, including, but not limited to any implied term of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and any standard of reasonable care and skill.
